Summery: Luca Toni is out with Gila, and Alex and Fabio stay inside the Hotel. They feel really bored. What could they do????!!!!
There You Are
One-Shot Fic
Alessadro Del Piero was walking down the hotel corridor.
"Where is he?" Alex exclaimed angrily. He was looking for him for about half an hour now.
He quickened his steps turning a corner. He stopped and looked right.
"There you are," he said slowly with a grin on his face.
Fabio Cannavaro was running down another corridor, searching.
"Where are you?" Fabio hissed through gritted teeth.
He turned a corner and came to a halt as he turned his head left.
"There you are," he said with a wicked smile that flashed his teeth.
Luca was trotting happily on his way back to the hotel’s lobby. He just spent a great, happy afternoon with Gila beside the pool.
"Shouldn't have left Fabio and Alex alone" Luca said, feeling guilty. "We should've called them to come with us,"
He continued walking back, when he saw Alex appear from a corner, twenty feet in front of him. He was grinning at him, and then…was he looking at him?
Luca turned to look behind him. Twenty feet behind, Fabio has just come out of a corner, panting. He turned to where Luca was and smiled, but not at him!
Both Fabio and Alex started running…towards each other!
What was happening? Why were they running towards each other?
FINALLY, Luca thought, as he looked at their eager faces, coming closer from each side. It was good leaving them alone after all.
He was so happy for them, at last after all these years of bickering and fighting, at last they agreed to free their emotions, and let them come out to the open. He knew there was a reason behind Alex’s head-shave!
Luca had to enjoy this glorious moment, he looked around, searching for it. He found the slow-motion button nearby and hit it quickly to watch.
Fabio and Alex ran in slow-motion, yearning to reach each other, sparks were flying everywhere. Luca only wished for a pop-corn, and a cozy armchair =)
He stood there, enjoying the scene in front of him. Fabio and Alex were still running, ever slowly, towards each other, their arms extended in front of them, reaching.
The big moment is coming, Luca thought, as he watched the two of them excitedly.
Luca took a step back, to give some space for the bald lovebirds.
But to Luca's surprise, Alex ran towards him instead, still in slow-motion, reaching out.
What the…!
He suddenly grabbed a handful of Luca's hair the same time as Fabio grabbed Alex’s t-shirt.
"YYYYEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS" Alex shouted in a scary, deep voice.
Luca was reaching for the slow-motion button, but Alex was pulling him back by the hair, as Fabio kept pulling the t-shirt, still holding it with both hands.
"NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" Fabio was screaming in an even much deeper voice than Alex's that Luca felt the hair behind his neck stand up on end.
The three of them toppled slowly to the ground as Luca, desperately, tried to reach the slow-motion button.
His face was smashed as he collided slowly with the floor, the weight of both Fabio and Alex over him as they fell.
Flashback
Fabio and Alex were sitting in the hotel’s lobby, with nothing to do.
"Where is Luca?!" Fabio asked, annoyed.
"He always leaves us like that" Alex said, "He should at least say where he's going … I'm so bored" He sighed.
"Tell me about it!" Fabio said, looking around the room for inspiration. "Isn't there anything we could do!"
Alex started thinking.
"Wanna play with the ball?" Fabio asked him.
"No" Alex replied, a twinkle in his eyes, "We want something more…exciting,"
"Like what?" Fabio asked, frowning.
"How about a round of Hide and Seek?" Alex suggested, raising his eyebrows.
"Oh, well, we could do that" Fabio said, smiling. "Should be fun"
Alex nodded, smiling back. "And to make it more fun, the whole hotel will be our playground"
"The whole hotel!" Fabio whispered excitedly, his eyes huge. "Ok"
"I'm hiding" Alex said.
"I'm seeking" Fabio replied.
They both stood up quickly to start the game.
"Wait!" Fabio suddenly said.
"What?" Alex said, turning around to look at him.
"What's the touch point?" he asked.
Alex and Fabio thought for a second and then they both grinned mischievously to each other.
